Migration Day

Branches will close early at 3 pm and will reopen Monday, April 14

• All online account activity will be paused late afternoon for up to 24 hours as we move your accounts to WFCU’s banking system (Rapport online banking will no longer be available via the rapportcu.ca website).
• Your debit card will continue to work at all ATMs and for purchases at retailers throughout the weekend and after the migration is complete.
• Our Member Assistance Call Centre will be open with live agents ready to assist you for the following extended hours as we transition your account(s):
  • Friday, April 11 8am – 10 pm
  • Saturday, April 12 8am – 10 pm
  • Sunday, April 13 9am – 7 pm
  • Monday, April 14 8am – 10 pm
  • Tuesday, April 15 8am – 8 pm
  • Wednesday, April 16 8am – 8 pm
