As a Commercial Account Manager, you are responsible for managing an assigned commercial portfolio and to assist with the overall growth of personal as well as commercial members with a specific focus in real estate lending (term and construction) and ideally some experience in greenhouse financing.

Collections Assistant - Windsor / Kitchener-Waterloo / Toronto
The Collections Assistant is responsible for providing excellent service through the execution of technical and administrative duties according to detailed procedures and with complete accuracy as a function of the Credit Solutions team.

In summary, the Collections Assistant will:
- Administer the delinquency notice process including verifying information and posting on the banking system. Run the delinquency reports daily and update as required.
- Assist with the administration of bankruptcies including coordinating files, preparing proof of claim, preparing month end report, and updating banking system.
- Follow up with members overdue payments on loans, leases, mortgages, overdraft, lines of credit, cancelled insurances policies on homes & vehicles, property tax arrears.
- Prepare the incoming/outgoing correspondence with CUMIS regarding CDI.
- Conduct loan reviews in accordance with established timelines.
- File all delinquent loan correspondence.
- Perform a variety of activities revolving around documentation, filing, and reporting

Commercial Analyst - Windsor
As a Commercial Services Analyst, you will provide support to the Commercial Services department in the areas of credit underwriting and risk analysis. The Analyst team plays a key role in helping the Commercial Services department achieve its growth objectives while ensuring that sound lending policies and procedures are followed at all times.

In summary, the Commercial Analyst will:
- Report to the Team Leader, Commercial Analysts.
- Provide assistance and support to Commercial Account Managers and Directors as required.
- Coordinating and preparing annual reviews for borrowing members with a high level of quality so that the commercial portfolio remains compliant with the Credit Union’s established lending guidelines and FSRA best practices.
- Assist in underwriting new lending opportunities for borrowers operating in diverse industries throughout Canada.
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of a commercial portfolio consisting of commercial mortgages, loans, lines of credit and letters of credit to meet the borrowing needs of our members.
- Provide ongoing credit risk analysis, loan structuring, and pricing for a loan portfolio to maximize returns while taking the least amount of risk.
- Monitor the compliance of the commercial portfolio, including financial covenants and security.

In summary, the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis will:
- Lead the Credit Union’s annual budgeting process, including setting assumptions, planning timelines, developing templates, and establishing governance insights; partner with business unit leaders to understand objectives, key drivers, and resource needs.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc forecasts, including variance analysis, trend insights, and identification of risks and opportunities.

- Translate operational plans into financial impacts and support leaders with business cases and investment evaluations, scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis, cost optimization and workforce planning and strategic initiative tracking and performance measurement
- Support pricing, volume, and margin analytics where applicable (e.g., lending, deposits, and fee-based products).
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling materials that will be used at executive leadership meetings, board and committee reporting, strategic planning sessions and quarterly business reviews.
- Present key insights, performance outcomes, and forward-looking projections with confidence and credibility.
- Build and maintain robust models to support forecasting and long-range planning, balance sheet and margin scenarios, stress testing and “what-if” analysis, program/product performance and profitability analysis
- Strengthen planning processes through standardization, automation, and improved data quality.
- Enhance the FP&A toolkit using available systems such as ERP/GL tools, planning platforms, BI dashboards, and advanced Excel modeling.
- Lead, coach, and develop an FP&A team.
- Establish clear performance expectations, planning cadence, and continuous improvement culture.
- Partner effectively across Accounting, Treasury, Risk and Compliance to ensure alignment and credibility of reporting and insights.
The “must-have” skills and qualifications that we’re looking for are:
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional designation strongly preferred: CPA, CFA, or MBA.
- 7+ years progressive accounting/finance experience, including significant FP&A ownership experience.
- 3–5+ years experience managing through influence in a cross functional environment.
- Experience in financial services preferred (credit union, banking, lending, insurance, wealth, fintech
- Advanced capability in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, executive-level reporting and storytelling with data and building business cases and evaluating ROI/investment trade-offs.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL and financial analysis tools; experience with BI tools and ERP systems
- Strong initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to dig deep into complex issues to identify root causes and deliver solutions.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will provide assistance operating the retail location. You will conduct daily team meetings and direct, coordinate, motivate and coach the non-management sales staff to meet assigned sales goals and sales activity targets.

In summary, the Assistant Branch Manager will:

- Assist with the overall operation of the retail location.

- Have responsibility for risk management and retail premises.

The Financial Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our membership.

As a Financial Services Representative, you will:
- Contribute to the success of the retail location through the achievement of established sales goals and objectives.
- Provide quality service to our members by assessing their needs and identifying credit union products and services to best meet those needs.
- Increase service relationships held by members to meet established targets.
- Promote and process investments including Investment Shares, GICs, RRSPs, RRIFs, and TFSAs.
- Drive mortgage product promotion while consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales goals.
- Promote and process lending products including personal loans, lines of credit, overdraft protection, and applicable insurances.
- Promote and process Visa applications within prescribed guidelines.
