WFCU Credit Union Community Entrance @ The Chrysler Greenway

The WFCU Credit Union Community Entrance, located in Kingsville, marks a new access point to the Chrysler Canada Greenway. Positioned on Union Avenue, it serves as the gateway for trail enthusiasts coming from the east. This welcoming entrance features a resting area, bike repair station, parking, and informative signage, enhancing the trail experience and supporting Kingsville’s commitment to community recreation.

Town of Tecumseh – WFCU Square @ Lakeside Park

Lakewood Park (North), home to the WFCU Square, graces the shores of Lake St. Clair with 7 acres of manicured turf, a paved walking trail, and a sandy beach. Features include a pavilion, gazebo, accessible washrooms, and historical memorabilia, including a tree wood carving of French explorers. The park, divided into Northern and Southern sections, offers a scenic retreat with a water view, kayak launch, picnic areas, park benches, and trails. Located off Riverside Drive, it’s a serene spot to enjoy lakeside beauty, blending history with nature.

Town of Amherstburg – WFCU Credit Union Field House @ The Libro Centre

Amherstburg Field House provides a comprehensive outdoor sports and recreation hub. The facility includes a premier baseball diamond with lights, a specially designed Miracle League diamond for children with walkers and wheelchairs, an accessible playground, outdoor concession facilities, and dressing rooms with accessible washrooms. This diverse array of amenities caters to sports enthusiasts of all ages and abilities, making Amherstburg Field House a welcoming and inclusive destination for outdoor activities.

WFCU Credit Union Community Pools and Splashpad @ The Atlas Tube Centre

The WFCU Credit Union Community Pools and Splashpad are integral parts of the Atlas Tube Centre, opened in 2016. The facility features a lap pool and leisure pool with water features, a lazy river, and a bubble tub, providing a versatile aquatic experience for both recreation and fitness. This amenity enhances the community’s well-being and leisure activities.

Windsor International Aquatic & Training Centre Presented By WFCU Credit Union

The Windsor International Aquatic and Training Centre (WIATC) presented by WFCU Credit Union, stands as the City of Windsor’s state-of-the-art aquatics facility. This 10-lane pool facility also includes diving boards, a dive tower, and a therapy pool convertible into an activity pool. The centre is also home to the Windsor/Essex County Sports Hall of Fame, celebrating local athletes through digital displays and sports artifacts. WIATC is set to host prestigious events, attracting swimmers, coaches, and families to Windsor.

Adventure Bay Family Water Park Presented By WFCU Credit Union

Adventure Bay, presented by WFCU Credit Union, offers an expansive 35,000 square feet of thrilling water adventures. Featuring giant waterslides, a FlowRider surf simulator, a Wave Pool, and a Lazy River, this local summer hot spot is the ultimate family-friendly water park, hosting people from across the region and beyond.

The St. Clair Clair College SportPark Presented By WFCU Credit Union

The St. Clair College Sports Park, presented by WFCU Credit Union, stands as a premier multi-sport facility. This state-of-the-art venue serves as a community hub, offering opportunities for both recreational and competitive athletic programming. The facility boasts a soccer stadium with a turf field, an indoor tennis facility, sand volleyball courts, state-of-the-art video scoreboards, and an additional pond at the entrance of the College, enhancing the overall appeal of the park.

The WFCU Centre

The WFCU Centre, operated by the City of Windsor, stands as a versatile recreation and entertainment complex which caters to a wide audience. The facility includes four NHL-size community rinks, a sports gym, leisure gym, reception hall, and meeting rooms. The Community Pool is an integral part of the complex, featuring a 6-lane by 25-metre main pool with a ramp, a therapy/relax pool also equipped with a ramp, and a splash pad with zero depth or beach entry. Home to the Windsor Spitfires, the WFCU Centre hosts major events, minor hockey tournaments, basketball games, and leisure community programs, making it a dynamic hub for entertainment and recreation.

Windsor Spitfires

WFCU Credit Union is proud to be the Official Financial Institution of the Windsor Spitfires, a Canadian junior hockey team in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). This relationship began over 15 years ago at the ‘Barn’ and continues today at the WFCU Centre.
