From its early days as an amalgamation of credit unions in the Windsor-Essex region to its current vision of providing members across Ontario with competitive financial products and services, WFCU and its divisions have always been rooted in its mission to improve the lives of its members, staff, and the communities it operates in. Based on the co-operative values of the credit union model, WFCU and its divisions’ Executive Team and Board of Directors lead the organization with the best interests of its members in mind.
We want to ensure members have access to financial services whenever and wherever they need. Our retail footprint includes 14 retail locations from Windsor to Waterloo, many of which feature state-of-the-art technology like our Live Video Tellers and our QLess Virtual Queuing System. Our ATM services include access to a national network of over 3,700 surcharge-free ATMs through THE EXCHANGE® Network, giving members 24/7 access to their accounts. We also provide convenient online, mobile and live telephone banking options.
Your security is our priority. That’s why we work hard to bring you the accessible and convenient personal and business banking experiences you’ve come to expect, while applying advanced security measures to protect your financial details. In addition to employing the latest fraud prevention protocols, our teams monitor account activity and transactions to identify any signs of potential fraud. We also use several tools that you will come into contact with and be asked to either set up or interact with to access your online banking securely.
