ATM Network Services

When it’s not convenient to visit a retail location, you can access your account 24 hours a day through our ATM network. Using your WFCU Debit Mastercard®, you can withdraw, deposit, make bill payments and account inquiries, and transfer money between your accounts all through a WFCU Credit Union ATM or any other ATM that is part of THE EXCHANGE® Network.

Leave ATM surcharges behind you

We’ve all been dinged by surcharge fees at an ATM. As a WFCU member however, you belong to a national network of over 3,700 surcharge-free ATMs that is bigger than most bank ATM networks. Just look for the ACCULINK® or THE EXCHANGE® sign on the ATM, and say goodbye to those pesky surcharge fees.

Live Telephone Banking

Our Member Contact Centre is available to support you with your banking needs from the convenience of your telephone. Whether you want to apply for a loan or mortgage, set up or renew your investments, transfer funds, or order cheques, call WFCU’s Member Contact Centre to speak to a member consultant today.

Online Banking

When it’s not convenient for you to visit us in one of our retail locations or call us on the phone, visit our Online Banking platform – accessible through the homepage of our website – and enjoy 24-hour internet access to your accounts. Manage your money at home or at work, anytime of the day or night, from the convenience of your computer.

Online Banking is also available through your mobile phone and does not require you to download or install any application. To access Online Banking through your device, you must have logged into online banking at least once from a desktop computer. When you’re ready to access mobile web, simply visit from your smart phone browser.

Access Online Banking

Available Online Banking transactions are similar to those available in-branch, and include:

  • View transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, or place a stop payment on a cheque
  • Request statement details for up to 12 months
  • Download and view your statement online
  • View cheques presented on your account for the past 90 days

Mobile Banking

Access your accounts anytime, anywhere with WFCU’s Mobile App, available for Apple and Android devices. With a wide variety of convenient features, you can quickly and securely:

  • Check your account balances and activity
  • Manage scheduled payments and transfers
  • Pay bills
  • Deposit cheques
  • Transfer money between accounts
  • Check rates
  • Find your closest retail location or ATM
  • Send or receive Interac e-Transfer® transactions

To use the WFCU Mobile App, you must have online banking access. To obtain online banking access, contact our Member Contact Centre at 519-974-3100 or visit a retail location near you.

Mobile Wallet

Member cardholders can enjoy the convenience of one-tap payment. Whether you have an iPhone, Samsung, or Google device, load your WFCU Debit Mastercard or Visa credit card to your mobile wallet and leave your “physical” wallet at home.
