About Our Partnership
WFCU Credit Union is proud to be the ‘Official Canadian Credit Union’ of the Detroit Lions, their first Canadian partner in franchise history and the first Canadian financial institution to be recognized as an official partner of a National Football League team.
Through this partnership, current and new members of WFCU Credit Union can access exclusive contests and giveaways, stadium tours, VIP Training Camps, and other special experiences to be announced throughout the year.
Past Contests and Events
Kickoff Kid
This year, WFCU Credit Union awarded 9 lucky kids the opportunity to retrieve the opening kick-off tee before each Lions regular season home game. Each child received 4 tickets, a jersey, and a parking pass.
Cheer Clinic
WFCU held our 2nd annual member appreciation Dance Clinic with the Detroit Lions where attendees had the opportunity to interact with the Detroit Lions Cheerleaders and learn a dance routine all on Ford Field!
Helmet Hand-Off
As the official Canadian Credit union of the Detroit Lions, WFCU Credit Union had the opportunity for some of our members to join Detroit Lions players as they walked onto the Training Camp field.
