April 11th & 12th – Rapport Account Migration

On April 11th, 2025, we will begin migrating all Rapport member accounts to the WFCU banking system—the final and exciting step in combining our two credit unions.

An official WFCU Credit Union letter was mailed to you at the address we had on file, which included details about your products at WFCU. If you have not received a letter or have questions about the upcoming account migration, please contact our Member Contact Centre (1-888-516-6664) or email info@myRapport.ca.

Here are a few key items to note:

Starting April 3rd, you will receive emails, text and/or voice mail message reminders as we progress through this account migration.
A scheduled online banking service disruption will occur beginning at 6pm on April 11th and last up to 24 hours (Please note that your debit card will continue to work at all ATMs and for retail purchases throughout the weekend).
A complete timeline, along with reminders and FAQs, are available on our website at myWFCU.ca/RapportMigration

We thank you for your patience as we complete this final phase of becoming a unified credit union.

Welcoming Rapport Members & What This Means for WFCU/ECU

This past September, we started a new chapter as we welcomed Rapport Credit Union members into the WFCU Credit Union family.

On April 11th, 2025, we will begin migrating all Rapport member accounts to our banking system—the final and exciting step in combining our two credit unions. Once completed, you will have access to 24 retail locations across Ontario, from Windsor to Thunder Bay and numerous communities in between!

To successfully migrate Rapport accounts, all credit union members will experience a service disruption from 8 p.m. on April 11th, lasting up to 24 hours. The outage will affect online and mobile banking and pause some account activity, including Interac e-Transfers, money requests, and auto-deposit registrations. Please note that your debit card will continue to work at all ATMs and for retail purchases throughout the weekend.

We thank you for your patience as we complete this final phase of becoming a unified credit union. Additional emails, text and/or voice mail message reminders will be sent out as we advance through Rapport member account migration; however, if you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our Member Contact Centre (1-866-500-9328) or visit myWFCU.ca/ServiceDisruption.
