Garden Recognition Program

WINDSOR, ON. (June 24, 2024) – Through its Bloom Garden Recognition Program, WFCU Credit Union aims to boost community pride, inspire residents, and encourage active participation in our neighbourhoods. The program further reinforces that Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, London-Middlesex, Cambridge, and Waterloo are all places to be proud of!

This exciting beautification project will acknowledge local gardeners and businesses for their significant contributions to greening our communities and inspiring others to do so. “WFCU is continuously striving to do more for our members and communities,” stated Eddie Francis, President and CEO of WFCU Credit Union. “We make every effort to ensure the communities we serve are the best places to live and work, and the Bloom Garden Recognition Program demonstrates our commitment to that philosophy.”

Individuals and business owners can submit their gardens or nominate someone else through WFCU’s online portal. All applicants and nominees will be contacted to confirm their participation and will be provided with a sign to proudly place in their bloom-worthy garden.

The Bloom Garden Recognition Program is currently open and continues until August 1, 2024. Full details can be found below.
