Our annual Joy of Giving program has provided our staff with the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those in need. This holiday season, we’re excited to spread joy through donations to the community. At WFCU and our divisions, ECU, Healthcare, and Rapport, we believe that the holidays are the perfect time to embrace the spirit of giving!
Holiday Cheer for Hospital Staff
During this holiday season, let’s take a moment to appreciate the incredible dedication of frontline healthcare workers. While many of us are celebrating at home, these amazing hospital staff are providing care and comfort to patients when it matters most. Their commitment really embodies the true spirit of giving.
To express our gratitude to healthcare heroes, we donated to eight hospital foundations in our communities to support staff celebrations. With our contributions, staff were treated to coffee and donuts on Christmas Day, festive holiday parties, and meet-and-greets with Santa. We’re thrilled that hospital staff across Ontario could enjoy a little extra holiday cheer!
