The banking system migration of Health Care Credit Union accounts to WFCU’s banking system is now complete.

All accounts have been successfully migrated. If you require support accessing your accounts, please call our Member Contact Centre at 1-866-500-WFCU (9328).

Banking Transfer of Health Care Credit Union Member Accounts Complete

The banking system migration of Health Care Credit Union accounts to WFCU’s banking system was completed on December 1, 2023. All accounts have been successfully migrated. Please note the following:

  • Online banking is available through wfcu.ca or through our WFCU mobile app. If you have not already contacted us to register for online banking and receive your temporary Personal Access Code (PAC), please reach out to our Member Contact Centre at 1-866-500-WFCU (9328). Once you have your temporary PAC, you will be able to login to WFCU’s online banking platform and access your account information.
  • The HCCU online banking platform and mobile app are no longer available. Further, HCCU member debit cards are no longer active.
  • If you had an active debit card, you should have received a new WFCU Debit Mastercard in the mail. If you have not received your new card, please contact our Member Contact Centre at 1-866-500-WFCU (9328).
  • Your HCCU products have been converted to WFCU’s product line. More information about your new WFCU Personal accounts is available here and Business accounts is available here.
  • If you previously had auto deposit set up for Interac e-Transfers, you must set this up again for your new WFCU account(s). Instructions are available at wfcu.ca/HowToVideos.
